 Dr. Hammad Bokhari is board certified in Family Medicine and has vast experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Hospitalist and ER medicine. Dr. Bokhari is a family doctor well versed in the management of acute and chronic diseases.

Dr. Hammad Bokhari graduated from King Edward Medical College in 1996 and completed his US residency at University of Kentucky in Family Practice in 2003.

Dr. Bokhari served as an ER Medical Director in southern Indiana from 2010 – 2015 and is credentialed at Kentuckiana & Clark Hospitals, Indiana. He is a member of the American Board of Family Practice, and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP).
